Important Changes in the Recertification Program

Due to customer feedback, we are proud to announce t= wo newly revised areas to the recertification program!

If you hold two or more ASQ certifications and wish = to synchronize, it has become more simplified and customer focused. The old 'videotapes' category of the recertification journal has now been revised t= o a new category called 'electronic media'. Recertification Journals

If you need to submit your journal to renew your ASQ certification you need to do the following:

1.<= span style=3D'font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> = Complete the recertification journal.

2.<= span style=3D'font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> = Attach a copy of your documentation.

3.<= span style=3D'font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> = Sign the cover sheet.

4.<= span style=3D'font:7.0pt "Times New Roman"'> = Attach a check or credit card information.

You are responsible for keeping your originals in ca= se refilling is necessary.

Requirements for advancement to the grade of Senior:

· H= ave ten (10) years of active professional experience. Up to four (4) years of t= his vocational requirement may be satisfied by graduation from an accredited college, university, or similar institution.

· B= e a member in good standing for al least one (1) year prior to the date of application for advancement.

· H= ave qualified in one of the following ways described below: <= /p>

o = C= onducting quality-related engineering, inspection or audit, or statistical work, or a= pplying methods and principles of quality on the job for at least two (2) years.

o = T= eaching quality or related arts or sciences at an accredited institution for at lea= st two (2) years.

o = B= eing a Senior Member or comparable grade in an American Society for Association Executives' list of recognized organizations.

o = C= urrently holding an ASQ certification that requires recertification.

The requirement of ASQ members names and member numb= ers has been waived.
