ASU FOUNDATION ENDOWMENT AGREEMENT
Ted
Thal was a significant contributor to the establishment
of Quality Assurance programs in Arizona. Because of
his contributions, a scholarship honoring these
contributions has been established by the Phoenix
Section of the American Society for Quality. This
scholarship program is being administered by the ASU
Foundation.
The
amount available for awards from the Fund
shall be used on an annual basis to provide
scholarship support for undergraduate students in the
Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering.
In
administering the Fund, the ASU Foundation will pay to
the ASU Beneficiary the amount available for award from
the Fund with the understanding that the ASU Beneficiary
will apply the amount available for award in accordance
with the following criteria:

The number of awards
and the amount of each award may vary from year to
year, at the discretion of the ASU Beneficiary.

Recipients must be
full-time Engineering Students in the Ira A. Fulton
School of Engineering. Recipients must also
maintain a 3.25 GPA or higher to qualify.

Selection Process:
Recipients shall be chosen by the Scholarship Office
in the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering.
