Bob Reary is President of HealthTOC, and has over 25 years of experience in operations, process and performance improvement in life sciences and other industries. He specializes in increasing operational throughput (patient flow and revenue) and quality with low or no additional operating expense or investment. Bob is a practitioner of the Toyota Production System and the application of lean manufacturing practices in service and production environments. Applying expertise learned from the manufacturing sector, he is a past member of the Supply Chain Council's SCORboard, and the Board of Directors of the Stanford Supply Chain Forum. Bob is trained as a Jonah in Theory-of-Constraints by the Goldratt Institute, has a certificate in Demand Flow Technology from the John Costanza Institute of Technology, and achieved his Fellow-level certification with the American Production and Inventory Control Society.
