Rudy Hacker,
Manager
Operational Excellence, Intel Corporation
Rudy Hacker has worked at Intel since 1991 in various operational
roles. He started at Intel as the evening shift supervisor at the Tempe
Distribution
Center. He moved shortly afterward
to Corporate Logistics and spent approximately five years in Program Manager and
Business System Architect roles for Intel’s upgrade of world wide Supply Chain
information systems. He moved to the Corporate Quality Network at Intel in 1998
and served as the manager for Quality Information Systems for two years. In 2002
he also took the role of Manager for Intel Operational Excellence. That role
along with managing Intel’s Customer Change Communications has been his focus
since late 2004.
Prior to working at Intel he
completed two tours in the US Marine Corps spending time in
North Carolina, Wisconsin,
Virginia, Norway,
Okinawa Japan and Camp Fuji Japan.
Rudy graduated from the United States
Naval Academy
in 1984 and is a certified Instructor in Configuration Management, an ASQ
certified Quality Manger, an ASQ trained Six Sigma Black Belt, a graduate of
ASU’s Lean Six Sigma Enterprise Management program and has a Masters Degree in
Decision and Information Systems from
Arizona State
University.
