A team member from Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona (SQL/LSA) will be sharing their 2007 Arizona State Quality Award Showcase In Excellence Award winning best practice entitled “Goal$haring”.

SQL/LSA has established a self-funded employee incentive plan to engage employees in aiding the organization in meeting its financial and operational goals, as outlined in its annual business plan. This program, titled Goal$haring, ties accomplishment of these goals with financial return to the employees.

By receiving the award, SQL/LSA demonstrates a high level of mastery in their approach, deployment, systemic improvement, organizational alignment and integration, as well as significant results based upon their performance levels, trends, comparisons, and linkages as determined by a team of AQA Examiners and Panel of Judges. The Arizona State Quality Awards are modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria for excellence.
